What is Blu Voucher?
If you don’t have a bank card to make payments, Blu Voucher is a secure, prepaid payment voucher, that you can buy and use as a payment method for Userverse products and services. When you buy a Blu Voucher, you will receive a 16-digit PIN. Use this PIN to buy prepaid fibre data bundles online from Userverse. You can buy your Blu Voucher via any of the participating Blu Voucher retail stores, petrol stations or online banking platforms.
How to buy a Blu Voucher and use it with Userverse.
1. Buy your Blu Voucher:
Buy a Blu voucher (with cash or card), via any of the participating retailer stores, petrol stations or online banking platforms. When buying your Blu Voucher, make sure that the amount you select to buy is the same amount you need for your Userverse fibre data bundle. View fibre data bundles options.

2. Use it to buy a Userverse fibre data bundle:
When you sign up for a Userverse account, select the prepaid fibre data bundle, select “Blu Voucher” as the payment method and enter your 16-digit PIN to buy. You can also log in into your Userverse account, select “top up”, choose the prepaid fibre data bundle you wish to buy, select the “Blu Voucher” payment method and enter your 16-digit Blu Voucher PIN.
